Wristband sizes are from the center of the snaps at either end of the band.
Wrap a tape measure snugly (not super tight) around your wrist and note the size in inches. Add 1/4 inch. If between sizes, order the next size up.
For instance, if your wrist measures 7", add 1/4 inch which gives a size of 7 1/4". Size up to 7 1/2" and there is your wristband size.
Wristbands are offered in 7", 7 1/2", 8", and 8 1/2" sizes and others can be added if there is demand. Coming soon: 6 1/2" wristbands!
As with belts, returns and refunds will not be offered for incorrect sizing.

If you have a belt that you wear regularly, this is the easiest way. Use a tape measure and measure your belt from the bar of the buckle (A) and to the hole that you use (B). It will typically have the most wear. That is your belt size.
If you don't have a belt or it is indeterminate as to which hole is the correct one, take a tape measure or even a piece of string and run it through the belt loops of the type pants you will typically wear. Measure the length of the tape measure or string. That is your belt size.
You should measure for the belt size while wearing the type of pants that will typically be paired with the belt. This is particularly important for women. A belt for pants that ride low on the hips will usually be very different from pants that ride up on the waist.
