Shipping
- We only ship to the United States. Shipping internationally is just too unpredictable these days.
- All orders are normally shipped within 3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.
- Deliveries take usually 3-7 business days. It could be more if there are major weather delays.
- All shipping of orders from Alejandro Leather is free.
- We are not responsible for any returned, lost, stolen, or delivered packages that have not been received by the customer. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- All packages are dispatched from Eugene, Oregon.
Return Policy
The quality of Alejandro products and your satisfaction are quite important for Alejandro Leather. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
- To return a product, just send the items back to the address listed below. Please be sure you include your order information inside the package.
- The merchandise should be returned within 30 days of the date it was received, in original condition. We must be able to resell the item being returned. Belts are particularly susceptible to damage from being worn so be careful. Items that are damaged due to being worn are not eligible for refund.
- If the merchandise is defective or we sent the wrong thing we will exchange it or issue a full refund according to your choice, we will also cover your shipping charges (ground service only) for returning the package.
- If there is nothing wrong with the product (don’t like the marbling or color, wrong size, etc.) we will NOT issue a refund for shipping charges.
- Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
- We do not accept any returns or refunds on custom made items (belts) so please be very careful about providing correct measurements.
- All items marked sale or purchased with a discount coupon are not refundable.
